Cancellations & Refund Policy

To supply, All clients of the Ashokam Resort an equal chance to book our capacities for treatments, any client is requested to tell the Ashokam resort about cancellation intentions as soon as possible. Decisive for the number of days applicable to the cancellation fees below is that the time of the knowledge which must reach Ashokam resort during a written form (e-mail) before 5 p.m. civil time on a working day. If the cancellation information arrives later than 5 p.m. civil time, it's automatically counted to the subsequent working day, because it can only be processed then

Currency

All costs and payments are applicable in Indian Rupees (INR), if not stated otherwise by the Ashokam resort. The client is kindly requested to make sure that the precise amount of INR is paid to the Ashokam Resort, considering that there could be fluctuations within the currency exchange rates. just in case of doubt, the rate of exchange of the day of payment (checked via Google) is applicable. just in case of refunds, possible fluctuations within the currency exchange rates might cause a rather different sum to be refunded. The client is conscious of this possibility when placing his binding booking because the Ashokam resort can't be held liable for such fluctuations and may only refund payment amounts which it's received in INR.

Payment Issue

In case of bank transfer payments, clients are requested to supply written proof of receipt of their successful transaction to the Ashokam Resort administration. Clients are kindly asked to make sure that the precise amount is credited and transfer charges aren't levied on the Ashokam Resort.

Please note: If the payment is late thanks to reasons not accounted for by the Ashokam Resort, all treatments will need to be halted until the specified sum is balanced.

Additional Guidelines

In the case of a client/s behaving very rude, racist, making bad humor fun, intimidating and harshly-[ directly or indirectly – verbally or physically or by social media or mobile texts or WhatsApp or any means- ] causing hurting, humiliation, trauma to the psyche of the staff and management of Ashokam Resort, Ashokam Resort reserves the proper to cancel the continued booking and request the client of Ashokam Resort with immediate effect.

The conditions of finance policy which the client has agreed before making the booking – will apply in such cases and no refunds are going to be made. Ashokam Resort management reserves the rights to report this to the law enforcing agencies as an act of seeking justice for the abuse caused by such insulting clients.
