Food is an essential element in Ayurveda. We analyze doshas and the health constitution of the guests who visit us. The food is prepared as per the health requirements of our guests. We prepare vegan as well as non-vegan food that are suitable for individual health. Our menu includes ingredients that are nutritious and essential for the health and well being of every guest who takes treatment with us. Diet menu consists of food that is gluten-free, protein-rich food and ensures that it does not have ingredients to prevent food allergies. Guests can let us know of food allergies so we can make advance preparations.

Breakfast is the most important food of the day as it keeps the mind and body fresh and alert. We take special care to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our guests to ensure that it heals their gut and flushes toxins from the body. The lunch we prepare is focused on improving the health of the digestive system and boosting the immunity of the body. The ingredients we use make it fulfilling, tasty, as well as healing the body and strengthening it.

In between breakfast, lunch, and dinner, we provide herbal tea and ayurvedic decoctions to detoxify the body from all the toxins. The dinner is prepared with ayurvedic ingredients that make the mind and body relaxed, promoting sound sleep. We take the utmost care to prepare food and drinks that are focused on improving the all-around health of the individual.

We prepare a diet menu as per the doshas of the individual to balance them with the intake of food. The five elements of energy are balanced through food preparation to heal energies, ailments of the body, and provide nourishment. It helps in controlling hunger pangs, emotional eating, and other mental, emotional, and physical problems of the body.

Our diet promotes mindful eating and healthy dietary habits. Self-control through eating habits, eliminating distractions, and focusing on eating with calmness is encouraged. Terms & Conditions

All services are managed by Ashokam resorts. Rates for every package and service include taxes. Booking of rooms in the same category can be shifted as per the availability. The advance of full payment towards a selected package is required to make a reservation at the resort during the peak season. A reservation of 50% of advance is accepted and upon confirmation rest of the payment can be made after arrival.

Reservations can be made five weeks in advance from the date of arrival. Reservations with short notice require you to make full payment for confirmation. If the payment is canceled, the following fee policy is applicable.

  • One time cancellation 100 dollars
  • 30 days prior to cancellation, 50% of the effective booking fee
  • Cancellation within less than 30 days, 100% booking value
Children

No additional fee is applied to children who are less than the age of seven years. Parents are recommended to take responsibility for their children.
